Back to back film night. Screening two films at the same time on our two projectors. This film-off will decide what are the better films of the 5 selected genres to battle between. You can see the best parts of the two films, it's experimental, and hopefully fun!

New lights are now open
We had an open night for the new lights, and a taste of what the Fridays nights will be like. We still have one more light to install, so await the pictures and video's for the F7/10 project.
These are the new beams with the wave design in place. It looks a lot smarter now!
This is the start of the new wave design for the beams. This will replace the old plain wooden beams that were there in the original warehouse.

Filmcity session of Editing
Filmcity have been teaching us how to edit the footage of a program called Final Cut Pro. It's amazing watching our film take shape. We are looking for people to produce soundtracks for the film, we have some all ready but need more choice to make it more entertaining. We have a few more sessions unplanned so far to finish the editing off, then the film will be being screened.
Following all the filming sessions, this is the last session which involved editing some of the footage.

Pool Tournaments to re-start
We are looking at starting the pool tournaments with the Police again, but also including a team from the Fire service, and a team from the Rotary Club. The old tournaments were won by the police the first time then The Drop Inn so it's been an even match through history. We've got a brand new pool table, which leaves no excuse for poor play. We will et you know when the dates are announced! D-i x

Filmcity session 6 of filming
Filming the rave scene was definitely one of the most fun scenes. It was crazy, we set up all the new lights and covered all the cast in U.V face paint.
The final week of filming. This was the week everyone was looking forward to, the grand rave finally.

NEW lights update
The new lighting system is half way there now. We have added a new blue and green strip light, which has created a new face to our interactive graffiti wall. The wall now has four different faces, U.V, Blu-light, Glow in the dark and the standard white light wall. The new spot lights should be up and ready by next week!
