The DROP INN YOUTH IMAGE venture is starting soon. You may have noticed the growing number of D-i clothes walking round. This was just a promotion but has been expanded into a fashion project. The ideas is that you design your own clothes and we will try and produce them. The end of this project will give you the chance to show off your original clothe designs to the public, at the Drop Inn fashion week. We will also be looking at approaching local businesses and see if we can get any of the best designs on the market. I'm think we'll see some really interesting designs! Looking forward to it!

Wrist band promo
We now have custom made wrist bands! Unfortunatly we cant give them away untill we've raise at least half the expence back. For a £1 donation you can have a wrist band.

TALK? Performance
Talk is a performance about the difference in communication across generations.
The first performance we've been putting together. The performance is based on communication through the generations, which leads to a discussion about how people used to communicate with drums and movement. The Performance is a combination between a projected film interacting with a live dance routine with live drumming sessions. We had a technical issue but still pleased all the guests at the conference in Matlock.

21st
The first huge party hosted in The Drop Inn, for Adie's 21st.
The line up was:
Blue Radio,
Riptide,
Chico,
Dave Angle,
Jyoti.
All acts are playing on our new Sound system! We got a great response from the night. There was a lot of people asking when we can do it again, with comments on how good the venue is. Our next step will be trying to raise funds for a full time entertainments license. With this license we could host Band nights, hire the space out for private parties, hire out the projection space, and also host other public events and a variety of different functions.
Thank you to all the people getting involved and making it happen, hopefully this will be the start of a new direction for The Drop Inn and an exciting new adventure.

Blue Radio @ the Drop Inn. This band travelled up from Worcester and got an amazing response from the crowd with their original all acoustic performance.
